Kelly joined Southworth in 2019 in a newly created role to help drive strategy and implementation of Human Resources functions across the portfolio. Since 2000, Kelly has held leadership roles from retail to hospitality operations before making the step into HR and talent development. Her years of experience at Walt Disney World, the Waldorf Astoria New York, and Highgate Hotels have taught her to always make business success a priority with a unique mindset: customers first, employees always.
A creative, innovative thinker who describes herself as a “service obsessed, culture fanatic, talent champion, developer & cheerleader,” Kelly is an adaptive, dynamic trainer and teacher at heart with a unique ability to design and develop effective, scalable solutions for all levels of the organization. Kelly is a recipient of the 2019 Workforce Magazine “HR Game Changers Award”, is Executive Management Certified (EMC), a Certified Corporate Trainer, a Certified PI Practitioner, a frequent Forbes contributing author, and has an Organization Management & Leadership PhD.
