Developed and managed by Southworth Development, the private Bahamian club’s expansion also includes a beach club with an oceanfront pool, new wellness offerings, and an alfresco restaurant, The Beach House.
The Cays is set to redefine barefoot luxury— from Caribbean glamour to classic Bahamian architecture—with master planning and landscape by Vita, Inc. and interiors by design firm AvroKO. Accommodations will range from beachfront studio lofts to seven-bedroom villas. Each private retreat blends indoor and outdoor spaces with wrapped porches, kitchens that extend to an open-air terrace, breezy courtyards, and swaying hammocks.
